Designed for use in the evening (retinol may increase skin sensitivity to sun exposure). Use a pin sized drop - a little goes a long way. Apply around the eye area with your ring finger, following your orbital bone and tapping gently.
We love turn our evening routine into a moment of self care. Why not take the opportunity to give your eyes a quick massage, based around the principles of lymph drainage. Here's our guide to giving your peepers the perfect 30 second massage:
- Use your index and middle fingers to gently tap a circle shape around your eyes. This helps to encourage blood flow to the area. Be gentle, taking care not to drag or tug at the delicate skin around your eye.
- With the same tapping motion, follow the line of your eyebrows, outward towards your temples, and then inward along the top of your cheekbones towards the bridge of your nose. Circle your eyes three times.
- With your middle fingers, use gentle pressure to press upward at the pressure points just underneath your brow bone on either side of your nose where your brows would naturally start.
- Using gentle pressure, press inward toward your nose, above the bridge, next to your tear ducts.
- Massage your temples with your index and middle fingers to finish your massage.
Et voila! Watch those dark circles diminish.
