Enriched with Lash Rejuvenation Complex, Ceramide III, and essential oils, this formula helps to prevent premature lash fallout and provides skin with needed moisture at the lash line without causing the formula to smudge or budge. Additionally, it’s ocular tested and safe for sensitive eyes!
Apply pencil or liquid liner in short, quick strokes along the lash line starting at the inner corner and working your way outward.
To make your eyes appear wider, apply Hello Bright Eyes (Wakeup Brow) on the inner rim of the eye and On Point Eyeliner on the lower lash line.
