Apply to your upper and lower lash line, directly from the pencil, or using a small, dense brush. Twist the pencil counterclockwise to reveal the product. Please note, the propel pencil will not retract.
To create the ultimate smokey eye, apply your Smudge Stick as an eyeshadow. Apply liberally over the upper lid and use your fingertip or a brush to blend out. Then follow up by applying the same Smudge Stick to the lower lash line and use a dense eyeshadow brush to smoke out the line. Work quickly to avoid the product setting.
