Bentley Beyond The Collection - Majestic Cashmere EDP

Voyages have been part of Bentley Motors’ identity from the outset, so to celebrate the marque’s exceptional heritage, Beyond The Collection explores extraordinary landscapes and an infinite spectrum of colours, turning every adventure into an olfactory emotion, every scent into a journey.

The collection draws inspiration from Bentley’s unrivalled palette of interior trim and colour options, giving each eau de parfum a distinctive chromatic code. This is apparent in both the handstitched leather cap that reprises the interior of a Bentley car, and the tint of the scent which is showcased by the majestic, faceted flacon.

Created with the designers of Bentley Motors, it is inspired by the signature cut-crystal glass headlights of the Continental GT and features the legendary “Flying B” logo engraved on its silver metal shoulders. The stability of the heavy 400-gramme bottle is ensured by a thick glass base, and the elegant box is covered in a soft-touch leather grain paper.

With a colour palette of amber and plum, Majestic Cashmere conjures up images and scents of a trip to Goa, which has long been a haven for chic Bohemians, with its lush tropical beaches by the Arabian Sea and striking architecture blending Hindu, Portuguese and Ottoman influences.

Created by perfumer Julie Massé Majestic Cashmere starts out with top notes of resinous Incense, Coriander and Ambrette Absolute, a vegetal musk drawn from musk mallow seeds. In the heart, Tonka Bean and a glittering embroidery of powdery Orris Absolute, alongside the Ambrette, offsets the smoothness of the fragrance’s main note, Cashmere Wood, with its facets of musk and amber. A dry down of smoky Vetiver Bourbon, Orcanox, ambery Labdanum Resinoid, Musk and earthy Patchouli is as lush and warm as the finest pashmina, rounding out this luxurious Woody fragrance that weaves precious ingredients from all over the world into a treasure of India.
